Brandon Short
ABOUT BRANDON SHORT
Former NFL linebacker that played for the New York Giants and the Carolina Panthers during his seven-year career. He was a member of the 2000 Giants team that lost to the Baltimore Ravens in Super Bowl XXXV. He recorded over 380 career tackles during his professional career.
He attended Pennsylvania State University for three years. While there, he was a member of the All-Big Ten First-team, and was named the Citrus Bowl Most Valuable Player and a Consensus All-American.
As a senior in college, he won the 1999 Alamo Bowl with a 24-0 shutout over Texas A&M University .
He is a native of McKeesport, Pennsylvania.
He was college teammates with Lavar Arrington at Penn State.
