She made her first Laguna Beach appearance in the first season of the MTV reality series; however, it was not until Season 3 that she became a main cast member.

Season 3 of Laguna Beach featured a drawn-out fight between Conrad and her longtime friend Raquel Donatelli.

She grew up in Laguna Beach, California, with a brother named Brandon and her sister Lauren.
