Leading vocaist and guitarist for American rock band The Verve Pipe.
He first learned to play the guitar at the age of eight and went on to serve in the U.S. Army.
He has released three solo albums: Resurrection in 2003, Angel, Put Your Face On in 2005, and Brian Vander Ark in 2008.
He married singer Jenna Land, also known as Lux Land.
He had a small role in the 2001 film Rock Star with Jennifer Aniston .
