NFL defensive tackle that was taken by the New England Patriots as a fifth-round pick in 2019. He was later signed by the Indianapolis Colts in July 2022. As a result of his football fame, he has garnered more than 30,000 followers on his personal iambyroncowart Instagram account.

He initially began his collegiate career at Auburn University . After three seasons, he then transferred to the University of Maryland .

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Pittsburgh Steelers during week one of the 2019 regular season. He and his team won the game 33-3.

He was born and raised in the Tampa, Florida area.

He was taken during the 2019 NFL Draft just like Kyler Murray and Daniel Jones .
