TV personality who has gained fame for her time as a contestant on the popular ABC reality TV series The Bachelor . She debuted as a fan-favorite during the show's 2019 23rd season, and earned acclaim for highlighting her life as a sexual assault survivor.

She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with her BA in broadcast journalism.

She was named Miss North Carolina USA in 2017. She was later named the first runner-up at Miss USA 2018.

She and her boyfriend Dean Unglert bought a house in April 2021. The couple have a dog named Pappy. They got engaged in late 2022 when they each proposed to each other. They married in September 2023.

She and Hannah Brown appeared together on The Bachelor in 2019 after being roommates during the Miss USA experience.
