ABOUT CAL STEVENSON

Professional left fielder that was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays during the 10th round of the 2018 Major League Draft. He was later packaged in a trade to the Oakland Athletics in July 2022. He has also played for the Houston Astros and the Tampa Bay Rays during his career.

He initially began his collegiate career playing baseball at the University of Nevada, Reno . He later transferred to the University of Arizona .

He made his official major league debut playing against the Los Angeles Angels on August 10, 2022, as a member of the Athletics. He finished the game going 1 for 3.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Fremont, California. In May of 2021, his wife and he had a son.

He was once packaged in a trade that also involved Aaron Sanchez .
