He was a member of Bristol City from 2004 to 2005 but made his professional debut with Bournemouth after being released by Bristol City.

He made three appearances for Bath City during the 2010-2011 season.

He was born in Cardiff, Wales.

He was teammates with Eddie Howe on Bournemouth.
