One of Portugal's most well known models, Matadinho appeared on the cover of Maxim; modeled for Levi's; and was crowned Miss Concelhos de Portugal.

When she was only fifteen years old, she won the Miss Sporting Club of Portugal pageant title. A year later, she was crowned Miss Alentejo.

She became the first Portuguese-born Miss Playboy.

She spent her youth in Evora, Portugal.

She and Sara Sampaio are both well known Portuguese models.
