Child actress whose most notable role was her portrayal of Newt in the science fiction classic Aliens. Vowing not to participate in acting again since Aliens, she has appeared only in several science fiction documentaries such as Alien Encounters and Alien Evolution.
Her appearance in 1986's Aliens was her first and only acting role.
In 2000, she graduated from college with a degree in liberal studies and child development, eventually working as a school teacher in California.
She has a brother named Christopher. In 2005, she married Nathan Kutcher.
She starred opposite Sigourney Weaver in the hit James Cameron film Aliens.
