ABOUT CASEY LEGUMINA

Right-handed reliever that was originally drafted by the Minnesota Twins during the eighth round of the 2019 Major League Draft. A few years later, he was acquired by the Cincinnati Reds via trade in November 2022. He stands at 6 feet and 2 inches and weighs approximately 195 pounds.

Prior to being drafted, he played college baseball at Gonzaga University . He was named a member of the first-team All-WCC following his sophomore season.

He logged a career-high 86.1 innings during the 2022 minor league season. He also collected a career-high 92 strikeouts.

He grew up living with his family in Dallas, Texas. He is one of four siblings.

He was once involved in a trade that also included Kyle Farmer .
