PGA Tour competitor who turned professional in 1995. His best major finish came at the 1998 U.S. Open where he tied for 23rd.
He attended Stanford University, where he helped lead the school to the 1994 NCAA Championship.
Following his playing days he became head coach of the University of Oregon's golf team.
He was born in Eugene, Oregon.
He was college teammates with Tiger Woods .
