Health guru who rose to widespread fame for her debut book Eat with Intention in November 2016. She has competed as a vegan healthy living contestant on ABC's The Taste, and gained popularity to her self-titled Instagram account for health blogging.

She earned her BFA from the University of Connecticut. She became a certified holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

She has amassed more than 210,000 followers to her Instagram account. She has also worked as a Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher.

She was born and raised in the United States.
