Charles Winter
ABOUT CHARLES WINTER
Republican politician who was the United States Representative from Wyoming from 1923 to 1929. He was also a lawyer and a judge of the sixth judicial district of Wyoming.
He graduated from the Nebraska Wesleyan University at Lincoln and then studied law.
He was also attorney general of Puerto Rico in 1932 and 1933.
His parents raised him in Muscatine, Iowa.
He and Jeannette Ranklin both served in the House of Representatives.
