ABOUT CHARLIE RYAN
Singer who co-wrote and sang the hit rockabilly single "Hot Rod Lincoln."
After the outbreak of World War II, he joined the U.S. Army.
He worked as a songwriter for Jim Reeves and Johnny Horton after the end of World War II.
He was raised in Polson, Montana and later moved to Spokane, Washington.
In 1959, he released a song titled "Charlie Ryan and The Timberline Riders," which was covered by country singer Johnny Bond in 1960.
