ABOUT CHASE ROBERT SILSETH

Right-handed starting pitcher that was selected by the Los Angeles Angels as an 11th round pick in the 2021 MLB Draft. While pitching in the Angels' farm system during the 2022 regular season, he was given the Southern League Pitcher of the Year Award. He was drafted from the University of Arizona .

He initially began his collegiate career at the University of Tennessee . He later transferred to College of Southern Nevada before Arizona.

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Oakland Athletics on May 13, 2022. He recorded four strikeouts in six scoreless innings pitched.

Growing up, he lived with his family in the Farmington, New Mexico area. He is one of five siblings.

He played alongside Shohei Ohtani as a member of the Angels during the 2022 MLB season.
