She made her acting debut at age 10 on a 2001 episode of The District.

She had her first major film role as Cara in the 2011 horror-thriller Fright Night . Outside of acting, she has also received voice credits on video games. She plays the role of Patience on the TV series All American , and has appeared in over 40 episodes.

She has a younger sister named Kylee , who also became an actress. She began dating Joshua Bowen and the couple welcomed a baby boy together on February 1st, 2021.

She had a recurring role with Justin Chon on Just Jordan in 2008.
