Professional pitcher that was drafted by the New York Mets during the 14th round of the 2012 MLB Draft. He signed a two-year contract with the Seattle Mariners in December 2020.

He began his professional career playing for the Mets' rookie affiliate team the Kingsport Mets.

He made his major league debut pitching against the San Diego Padres on July 27, 2017 as a member of the Mets.

He is a native of Newark, California.

He played alongside Noah Syndergaard and Jacob deGrom as a member of the Mets during the 2017 MLB season.
