Doctor of medicine who shares online content geared towards helping men lose fat and feel younger. He has over 430,000 followers on his Instagram account christianpoulos, where he shares client transformations and free guides.

He began weightlifting as a kid to build self confidence. He studied at Indiana University for his undergrad degree, majoring in neuroscience. For his doctorate of medicine he attended University of Illinois .

In April 2025 he co-founded the tele-health service Best Man Med. He offers paid one-on-one online fitness and nutrition coaching.

He got married in May 2023 to his partner Abby. His parents immigrated from Greece, and as a child they would go back in the summers.
