Most well known for portraying Davina Shackleton in the television series Waterloo Road, she is also well known for playing Linda Andrews in Casualty.
She decided to pursue acting full-time when she was 16 years old after an Australian casting agent offered her a role in The Leaving of Liverpool.
She has been cast in feature films as well, including notable ones such as 1994's Priest and 1997's Under the Skin.
