ABOUT CHRISTOPHER WYNWARD ALLEN
Former cricketer who batted right handed and bowled slow orthodox with his left. He spent most of his career playing county cricket with Dorset.
He started his career with Lymington Cricket Club and also spent time with the Hampshire Second XI before joining Dorset.
He played in the 1983 NatWest Trophy, his only career appearance in a List A match.
He died of bowel cancer in 2012.
Although his List A career was short, he did catch Keith Fletcher during his one match.
