ABOUT CLAIRE SKINNER
She played Sue in the BBC's award-winning sitcom Outnumbered and also played Clare in the British TV comedy Life Begins. She has amassed over 80 different on-screen roles throughout her career.
She studied at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and got her first role in a production of Hanky Park at the Oldham Repertory Theatre.
While she mostly preferred stage roles, she also played Lucinda, the sous chef, on the first season of Chef! She played Sandra in the 1994 movie Naked .
She married television director Charles Palmer.
She appeared in a 2011 episode of Dr. Who, alongside Matt Smith , the eleventh Doctor.
