ABOUT COLIN SELBY

Right-handed pitcher that was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates during the 16th round of the 2018 Major League Draft. In November of 2022, the Pirates his contract from the Indianapolis Indians. Prior to being drafted, he played college baseball at Randolph-Macon University.

He initially began his professional career playing for the Bristol Pirates. After 11 games, he was sent to the Greensboro Grasshoppers.

He recorded a career-low 2.27 earned run average during the 2022 minor league season. He also allowed a career-low 29 hits during that season.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Chesapeake, Virginia.

He was selected during the 2018 MLB Draft just like Casey Mize .
