American director, writer, and producer who gained fame with the sketch group Derrick Comedy.
He began writing, producing, and directing short films when he was only 15.
His first feature film, Mystery Team, premiered at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival.
He married wife Meggie McFadden in 2010.
He was in the Derrick Comedy group with Donald Glover .
