ABOUT DANIEL FITZPATRICK

Defensive back who began playing for the Tennessee State University Tigers in 2011, when he was the team's leading tackler. He was named CFPA Defensive Back of the Year in his junior season.

He played high school football at Concordia Lutheran High School, where he averaged 7.5 tackles as a senior.

He was named First Team All-Ohio Valley Conference in 2013.

His parents are Jack and Carol Fitzpatrick.

He and six-time NFL Pro Bowler Claude Humphrey were both defensive stars at Tennessee State University.
