ABOUT DANIEL GREEN
Internationally known chef, host and TV personality who's starred on his self-titled culinary program, Daniel's Kitchen. He's been on the judging panel of Food Network shows, Kitchen Inferno and Food Fortunes. He's also made numerous appears on networks such as Discovery UK, BBC, UK Food and ABC.
He grew up overweight and unhappy and lost 65 pounds through healthy eating and has kept it off ever since.
He's authored ten books, two of which won awards such as the Gourmand World Cookbook Award 2010 and The Best TV Celebrity Chef Cookbook 2011.
He's been based in Edna with his wife Jane and their two daughters.
His favorite celebrity chef is Curtis Stone .
