ABOUT DANIEL LASKER
Award-winning actor, filmmaker, director, producer, editor, writer, and cinematographer who is best known for his work on the 2022 sci-fi short film The Signal. He is also recognized by his appearances in Raised by Wolves, What Lies Beneath, Abraham Lincoln, American Monster and Vagrant Queen.
He initially began working in the television and film industry in the year 2016. He earned his first role in The Way It Is.
Due to the highly-acclaimed performance of his 2022 short film The Signal, he was given the 2022 Director's Prize Award during the FilmQuest awards. He also won awards at the Brooklyn SciFi Film Festival and the Zimbabwe International Film Festival.
He grew up living with his family in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.
He is a native of Zimbabwe just like Thom Evans .
