ABOUT DANIEL PERETZ

Men's goalie best known for his years with the Israeli Premier League squad Maccabi Tel Aviv F.C. between 2019 and 2023. He later signed a multi-year contract with Bayern Munich in August of 2023. He has also played for the Israeli men's national team during his professional career.

He first began playing soccer at the young age of six. He initially started his youth soccer career with Maccabi Tel Aviv in the year 2006.

He recorded a shutout in his first professional match at just 20 years of age. He and his teammates defeated the Bnei Sakhnin Football Club with a score of 2-0 in the 2020-21 Israel Toto Cup.

He was born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel.
