Best known as Willow Nightingale, she is a professional wrestler and athlete that primarily competes in the All Elite Wrestling league. She also competes in the New Japan Pro-Wrestling league. In the year 2023, she won Japan's inaugural Strong Women's Championship.

She first began her professional wrestling in the year 2015. At that time, she primarily competed in the women's independent circuit.

Besides Willow Nightingale, she is also referred to as Willa Monet and Willow Monet. She's also received the nickname Eye Candy. She stands 5'6" tall and has a large tattoo on her right arm and shoulder.
