ABOUT DANNY COOKSEY
American actor who starred on the Nickelodeon series Salute Your Shorts and spent three years on the series The Cavanaughs. He also voiced the title character in the short-lived animated series Dave the Barbarian .
One of his earliest roles was as Sam McKinney on the series Diff'rent Strokes.
He lent his voice to several animated series, including The Ren and Stimpy Show, Tiny Toon Adventures, and Hey Arnold!
He moved to Los Angeles with his mother, Melody Ann, in 1980. In 1998 he married Amber Leigh and together they have two children.
He appeared in The Dukes of Hazzard, a series that starred Tom Wopat .
