ABOUT DANNY COPELAND

Former strong safety who played five seasons in the NFL and started in Super Bowl XXVI for the Washington Redskins.

He played football in college for Eastern Kentucky University.

He retired from the NFL while still young, at the age of 28.

He grew up with his family in Camilla, Georgia.

He was part of the 1991 Washington Redskins team that made it to the Super Bowl, a team that included Hall-of-Fame wide receiver Art Monk .
