NFL cornerback and special teams player that was originally drafted by the Carolina Panthers as a third-round pick in 2016. Since then, he has also played for the Philadelphia Eagles , Las Vegas Raiders , Dallas Cowboys , Buffalo Bills , Arizona Cardinals , and the Detroit Lions . During the 2021 and 2022 NFL seasons, he played with the Baltimore Ravens .

Prior to being drafted, he played college football at West Virginia University . Following his 2015 NCAA season, he was named a member of the first-team All-Big 12.

He made his official NFL debut playing against the Denver Broncos during week one of the 2016 regular season. He recorded exactly 64 tackles, 2 interceptions, and 1 sack during his 16-game rookie season.

He was born and raised in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.

He was once packaged in a trade that also included Torrey Smith .
