ABOUT DAVID ROBERT DAWSON
English actor who has appeared in TV shows including Luther , Peaky Blinders , The Last Kingdom, Ripper Street, and The Secret Agent. He played the character Alfred in over 25 episodes of The Last Kingdom . He also has a long theater career, appearing in plays such as Romeo and Juliet and Nicholas Nickleby.
His first professional role was as understudy to Kevin Spacey in Richard II in 2007.
In March 2021, it was announced he would play Harry Styles ' lover in the film My Policeman. He has amassed over 25 different on-screen acting credits throughout his career.
