ABOUT DAYRON ROBLES

Cuban track and field athlete who competed at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, winning the gold medal for the 110 m hurdles.

He won his first medal in the sixty meters hurdle at the 2006 World Indoor Championships.

He also won a gold medal at the 2010 World Indoor Championships.

He reached his personal best for the 110 m hurdles, with a time of 12.87 seconds.

Swimmer Michael Phelps also competed at the 2012 Olympics.
