ABOUT DAZMON JAROID CAMERON

Professional outfielder that was drafted by the Houston Astros during the second round of the 2015 MLB Draft. He was acquired by the Detroit Tigers via trade on August 31, 2017.

Prior to being drafted, he attended Eagle's Landing Christian Academy in McDonough, Georgia.

He made his major league debut playing against the Milwaukee Brewers on September 9, 2020 as a member of the Tigers.

He is the son of former major league outfielder Mike Cameron .

After stealing a base against Yadier Molina on June 23, 2021, he made history becoming the first father-son duo to steal bases against Yadier.
