ABOUT DEEJAY YOUNG
Singer, songwriter, and musical theater performer who has been featured in such productions as Hamilton , Hairspray, and Rent . He released his debut album, entitled "The Rebirth," in the year 2013. In the year 2023, he participated in the 24th season of The Voice .
He started performing in stage productions at the young age of five.
The Orlando Sentinel named him Best Featured Actor in a Musical for his performance in Ain't Misbehavin'. He's also performed at the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans.
He featured his mother in a series of photos and video clips that was posted to his whoizdeejayyoung Instagram account on May 8, 2022.
John Legend served as his coach on The Voice.
