ABOUT DENNIS MARION SCHNURR

American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church who was installed as the Archbishop of Cincinnati in 2009.

He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loras College in Dubuque in 1970.

He organized the 1993 World Youth Day in Denver, Colorado, which was the only time that the United States had hosted the event.

He has two brothers and three sisters.

He was appointed the eighth Bishop of Duluth by Pope John Paul II in 2001.
