ABOUT DIANA DIAMOND

Journalist and editor who wrote columns for the Palo Alto Weekly, the Palo Alto Daily News, and the Palo Alto Daily Post.

She received a degree in English from the University of Michigan and subsequently secured a newspaper editorial position in Chicago.

She received Stanford University's prestigious Knight journalism fellowship.

With her first husband, Horace Williams Diamond, Jr., she raised four children. She later wed Bocker Morey.

She and Bob Thomas were both California-based journalists.
