Safety who won Defensive Rookie of the Year in 1984, then tragically died of a cocaine overdose less than two years later and the day before his wedding.
He played football, basketball, and baseball at Norte Del Rio High School in California.
He was the 1983 Rose Bowl MVP playing with UCLA.
His brother Reggie Rogers was a defensive tackle in the NFL.
He died eight days after NBA hopeful Len Bias also died of a cocaine overdose.
