Italian chef known throughout Latin America for his work on various cooking shows. He's also appeared on various Italian programs and has written four cookbooks.
He started cooking professionally when he was only 16 years old and studied gastronomy in school.
He opened an Italian restaurant in Buenos Aires, Argentina called Cucina Paradiso. He's served as a director of the Italian cuisine organization GVCI.
He grew up in La Puglia, Italy and has cooked in major cities all across the United States.
He spent time working as a chef for Gianni Versace .
