ABOUT DONOVAN WILSON

NFL safety selected by the Dallas Cowboys as a sixth round pick in the 2019 draft. Prior to being drafted, he played college football at Texas A&M University . As a senior, he was given the Texas A&M's Aggie Heart Award and the Defensive Leadership Award.

He was considered a three-star prospect while at Woodlawn High School. He was given the Shreveport All-City Defensive Player of the Year award in 2014. As a high school senior, he had 70 tackles, 13 interceptions, 5 forced fumbles, 57 receptions for 860 yards, and 9 touchdowns.

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Minnesota Vikings during week ten of the 2019 regular season. He collected one tackle in a 28-24 Cowboys loss.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Shreveport, Louisiana.

He was coached by Jimbo Fisher while at Texas A&M.
