ABOUT DRE'MONT JONES
NFL defensive end that was taken by the Denver Broncos as a third round pick in the 2019 Draft. Prior to being drafted, he played college football at Ohio State University . Following his 2018 season, he was named to the first team All-Big Ten.
He was considered a four-star prospect while at Saint Ignatius High School. In addition to football, he also played basketball. Coming out of high school, he was the seventh-best recruit from his state.
He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Las Vegas Raiders during week-one of the 2019 regular season. He played in fourteen games during his rookie season. While playing for the Buckeyes, he became the first Ohio State defensive lineman to record two defensive touchdowns during a single season.
He grew up living with his parents in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
He was college teammates with Joey Bosa and JK Dobbins while at Ohio State.
