He was the guitarist for the Detroit band Third Power before joining forces with Bob Seger.
He formed a small working band called The Burning Circle after leaving The Silver Bullet Band.
He lives with his family in Traverse City, Michigan.
He left the Silver Bullet Band due to musical differences with Bob Seger .
