Best known as a linebacker for the Miami Dolphins . He has also played for the Philadelphia Eagles and the Atlanta Falcons . As the co-owner of the recording studio Rich Mind Studios, he is also an engineer and producer.

He attended Louisiana State University and played ball for the LSU Tigers.
