Famed blues musician known as the leader of Eddie King & the Kingsmen. He is also famous for his work alongside fellow blues legends like Magic Sam .
His birth name was Edward Lewis Davis Milton, but his shortness and the influence of B.B. King on his style led to the nickname "Little Eddie King."
His 1997 album Another Cow's Dead won the Blues Music Award for Best Comeback Blues Album.
His father was a guitarist and his mother sang gospel.
He recorded songs with harmonica player Sonny Boy Williamson II in 1960.
