Stage actress who received a 2005 Drama League Award nomination for her role in Brooklyn. She also appeared as Elphaba in the Broadway production of Wicked.

Prior to becoming a Broadway actress, she performed at the Disneyland and Universal Studios theme parks.

She appeared on such television shows as Dog Whisperer and Law & Order .

She married Joseph Abate in 2010.

She started performing in Wicked as a standby for Idina Menzel .
