ABOUT EDWARD WADSWORTH

English artist known for his work in Vorticism movement. Vorticism was a modernist art and poetry movement that closely resembled Cubism.

He attended the Bradford School of Art and the Slade School of Art in London.

He designed "dazzle ships" for the Allies during World War I. The ships used Vorticist geometric techniques to confuse the enemy.

He was born in Bayswater, London.

Henri Gaudier-Brzeska was another member of the Vorticism movement.
