Melkite Greek Catholic Archbishop of Galilee who considers himself a Palestinian-Arab-Christian-Israeli.

He studied Theology in Paris, France.

He is best known for his promotion of reconciliation between Arabs and Israelis.

He was born to a Palestinian Christian family in Upper Galilee.

He has made reconciliation his life's work similarly to Martin Luther King Jr.
