ABOUT ELIJAH HICKS

Professional defensive back and special teams player originally selected by the Chicago Bears as a 7th round pick in the 2022 NFL draft. He previously played college football at UC Berkeley . While at Cal, he was named a member of the first team All-PAC 12 following his 2021 collegiate season.

He was considered a four-star prospect while at La Mirada High School. As a senior, he won a California state championship.

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Houston Texans during week three of the 2022 regular season. He recorded fifteen tackles in 15 games while playing as a rookie with the Bears in 2022.

He grew up living with his parents in the Long Beach, California area.

He is a former Berkeley college football player like Aaron Rodgers and DeSean Jackson .
