ABOUT ELIJAH HIGGINS

NFL tight end and wide receiver that was originally selected by the Miami Dolphins as a sixth round pick in the 2023 draft. After being waived by the Dolphins, he was then acquired by the Arizona Cardinals in August of 2023. Prior to being drafted, he attended Stanford University , where he was a three-time member of the All PAC-12 All-Academic team.

He was a three-sport athlete while at Bowie High School. At the time, he was considered a four-star prospect.

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Washington Commanders during week one of the 2023 regular season. He and the Cardinals lost his debut match with a score of 20-16. He stands 6'3" tall and weighs just shy of 240 pounds.

Although he was born in Tampa, Florida, he grew up living with his parents in Austin, Texas. He is the oldest of three siblings.

He is a former Stanford collegiate athlete like Andrew Luck and Richard Sherman .
