After attending the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in his native China, he settled in Hong Kong and worked as a singer, visual artist, and model.
Beginning in 2008, he played the role of Ouyang Feng in the Chinese television adaptation of The Legend of the Condor Heroes.
Born Elvis Tsui Kam-kong in China's northeastern Heilongjiang province, he grew up in a Chinese family of Manchu heritage.
He appeared in several films directed by Wong Jing .
